On 17 November 2017, NCPD Coordinators from all districts met at Hill Top Hotel for preparing the International Day of Persons with Disabilities which will take place at Kayonza District precisely in ground of Gahini Diocese on 3 December 2017. The Coordinators were informed about activities planned and agreed to invite and sensitize all citizens to participate to in celebration of the IDPD. They also agreed to organize the special common work (Umuganda) in collaboration with other institutions that will help PwDs in the disability week. During the meeting, coordinators requested to rank the districts that mainstreamed persons with Disabilities.
